Monthly Milestones – February 2020
We love seeing our customers succeed! And we’re especially proud when they are recognized for their achievements, good deeds, and milestones.
For the month of February, we would like to recognize the following customers:
Balise Collision Repairs Heroic Couple’s Vehicle
Balise Collision Repair Center of West Springsgfield, MA helped repair the damaged vehicle of a Springfield couple, Amanda Disley and her husband, Benny Correa, who helped track down a suspected car in the abduction of a young girl. They ultimately helped police get the girl home safely.
After a 15-minute chase, the couple’s Escalade suffered damage including the suspension and compressor. When Brian Stone of Balise saw the couple being interviewed after the incident, he decided to repair the vehicle for the heroic couple.
A full overhaul of the vehicle was performed—including a new front and rear bumper, undercarriage suspension components, 22” platinum wheels, and tires. All dents, dings, rust, and rotted areas were repaired and/or replaced, then the vehicle was given a full custom matte black paint job. Before delivery, Balise Collision completed a full lube and oil change, and the Balise Carwash gave the vehicle a full interior and exterior detail.
Donors from all over Western Massachusetts reached out to help Balise Collision’s mission; Balise Wholesale Parts, Napa Auto Parts, and LKQ Keystone all donated parts. Autobody Supplies and Paint (ABSAP) donated all the paint materials. Balise Riverdale Car Wash donated a complete interior and exterior detail.

Balise Collision Repair in Rhode Island was named the 2019 Toyota Certified Collision “Shop of the Year”
Another milestone for Balise is that Balise Collision Repair in Rhode Island was named the 2019 Toyota Certified Collision “Shop of the Year” for the third consecutive year. The award presented by Toyota Motor Sales recognizes the top Toyota Certified Collision Center in the country in areas of customer satisfaction, training specifications, and Key Performance Indicators within the collision repair industry.
Toyota will honor Balise Collision at a banquet in downtown Providence, Rhode Island in early Spring. We want to recognize everyone on the Balise Collision team for their commitment to excellence. Keep up the great work!!
Louisville Collision Center Nominated for BMW Certified Collision Repair Center of the Year for 2019.
Managing Partner Steve Olson reports that Louisville Collision Center is once again in the final 10 for BMW Certified Collision Repair Center of the Year for 2019. Last year they won the trophy as the #1 BMW CCRC shop in the USA for 2018. The winner will be announced in California in March. We are very proud of everyone at Louisville Collision Center and wish them the best of luck!
