First of all, I want to express my love and concern for you and your families. Our guiding principals have always been to love and serve our customers. You can rest assured that we are here for you!

As we all continue to respond to the challenges of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), I want to keep you informed on the steps we are taking to protect the safety and wellbeing of our employees and our customers.

In response to the overwhelming need to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we are taking precautionary measures to protect our team, so that we may continue to provide the same level of service and support you expect from us. The majority of our team is working remotely, and we have temporarily postponed all employee travel and in-person training.

We will be maintaining the availability of all systems and services we provide for you. We recognize your need to make dynamic decisions in this environment. Our team will be standing by to help you through all our regular channels.
