Our product is delivered “as is”. We make no warranties as to its functionality. All liability for product use beyond legally implied warranty is the sole responsibility of the end-user.

The right of the end-user to access our software is solely predicated on prompt payment of all fees and charges.

In the event that the end-user does not pay fees and charges, access to product use and accumulated data is denied.

Privacy Statement

Rome does not share any customer information and/or collected data through product use with any 3rd parties. All information is for the sole purpose of Rome.
