How Can We Help?

Display ROs will Display ROs Under the Following Criteria:

You are here:
< All Topics

Date Due Changed – RO’s that have had the Date Due changed will be displayed in the list in red. These vehicles will not be ready on the date previously designated or on the original promise date (O.P. Date) you told the customer and they need to be called and updated. We recommend keeping this box checked so you are notified when a Date Due changes. These typically pop up AFTER the yesterday afternoon or morning Walk Around.

Regular Callback – ROs that have a regular call back scheduled will show in the list as yellow. These are what we call “Love calls” and are based off the Damage Profile designated schedule of calls that will appear for customers. We recommend you keep this box checked so you are notified when you need to call a customer for a regular update.

Task Status Call – When there is a task completed in production, this will trigger a Task Status call. This is to notify the customer where the vehicle stands in the repair process. Settings within Rome will turn this feature on or off depending on your preferences.

Callback Current – This will display ROs where the callback has been completed. We recommend you do not check this box if you are looking for ROs that need to be called.

Customer Callback Requested – When this is checked, the customer requested a callback. This will show up as a blue line in the callback screen. This functions when the “Call Cust” box is checked in the customer info screen within the RO. This is designated in a RO by checking the call tickler:

call tickler

Writer – You can select a specific writer and it will only display ROs where his/her name appears in one of the writer fields.

Insurance – You can select a specific insurance company and it will only list ROs for that insurance.
