R&R Troubleshooting – Sending Information to ERA

In the ERA RO button there three ways to send data over to Reynolds.

1. If you put the dot in No Cost and hit Update RO it will send just the Sale totals over.

2. If you put the dot in Send Cost it will send the Sale and Cost totals over.

3. If you put the dot in Close RO it will send the Sale and Cost data and take the ERA RO out of Body Shop Review mode which will no longer allow us to send any more information over to the ERA RO.
