R&R Troubleshooting – GoG Code not found

This error happens most commonly shortly after the customer starts using Rome.

When Rome is setup, we create GoG codes under there default accounting make.  FO for Ford, NI for Nissan, TO for Toyota.  Some of the cars the body shop will be working on will have a different accounting make then the default.  If you go into the 3651 screen of the RO there is a vehicle information section.  One of the first entries is the two-letter Make code of the vehicle. If you are using ERA Ignite please contact R&R support they can tell you what accounting Make there is.

When you have the Make code you can send an e-mail to the RCI dept asking to put the same GoG codes into the new make as they did with the default Make.  After they are finished the RO should go through.
