UCS User Guide – Importing to UCS

1. Open Management Accounting (POWER MAC) from the UCS toolbar or from Power Workstation.
2. Select Posting Data Upload.  Enter the path where the export file is located at.  The format is RBS.
3. Journal is Rome Journal Entry.  Press F12 to post the file
4. Go into PC Attach from the UCS Toolbar and run 329-03 to review what has been posted.  You will need to enter the journal number (U0-9) and the import date (usually today) and hit F12
5. If 329 is not available then go to Power W.S à Tools à Options à Functions à Accounting Functions à Transaction File Accounting
6. Payment Transactions -> Run the receipt journal from Rome and Accounting will manually enter the payments.
