Release Notes for October 2020.

October 2 –

1. Date Out Required for Date Delivered – added a new security area to require the date out to be entered before the date delivered is entered in the RO.  (Security area:  RO Delivery – Set Before RO Dated Out)
2. Quick Message – added a locator to the employee list display so that users can start typing the last name of the employee they want to message.

October 12-

1. Labor Load Level Report – added a column to the report to show how many RO’s the team is assigned to.
2. RO Callback Screen – added a button to see the RO schedule so the user can easily tell the customer where the car is located.
3. RO Schedule Screen – added the RO date due (display only) so the user can easily tell the customer when the car is due (see above).
4. Paint Material Sales Report – added an option to either show the paint labor amount (default) or the paint labor units on the report.
5. RO Reconciliation Report – added an option to select an insurance company to limit the report to a specific company.  This is to see how many total loss RO’s there are for specific insurance.
6. Part Status Grid – added three new designations to the part status grid
   1. Parts to Return
   2. Core Parts to Return
   3. Receive Part Credits
7. Day Clock – a new program to allow a user to punch in/out of the shop for time and attendance.

October 14-

1. Part Status List Display – added a print button that displays the parts reports menu available from the reports section of the main menu.
2. Installation Options – added check box option for the new part status gird filter options

   2. Core Parts to Return
   3. Receive Credits
3. Atlas – new program with management widgets to see shop totals from multiple departments on one screen.
