Performance – Improvement to the Rome Apps to allow for faster uploads from the tablet to Rome

Parts Dispatching – The parts will now be Blue if they have been dispatched to the technician.

Low-Profit Automatic E-mail – automatically sends an email or text when someone reviews a RO that is below the minimum profit margin threshold

Vehicle QC report – Print out the automatic notes that are generated by moving the vehicle on the Big Board so you can see when each task was completed.

Total Loss Notifications for Dealer Sales – Added additional contacts for Sales General Manager and Asst GM so they can receive total loss alerts from the body shop

Sherwin Williams – Paint integration for both Formula Express and Color Access

RO List – Added the ability to sort and search the RO list by Cell phone

Turnaround and KPI reports – Can include/exclude Internal and Warranty RO’s

Parts Columns – Added the ability to sort by columns in the Parts sub-screens i.e. Ordering receiving, returning, etc.

Email Enhancements – Added the ability to receive replies to e-mails generated from Rome; within Rome.

Email Customizations – Ability to add text headers or footers, weblinks, and images to e-mails sent out of Rome

Ease of use improvements – The RO Info button in the Parts screen can now be copy/pasted.  This allows the parts person to copy the VIN and other info without having to leave the parts screen.

Critical Parts TRT – Text recognition that will set critical parts automatically.  Critical Parts can be required before parts can be ordered.

Part Quantity – Parts with quantity can now be moved to the Sublet/Misc screen

BASF – Added Full Zip code and e-mails address to the BASF Export file

Reports – Sales and Profit Journals can now be sorted by the Billing profile

Credit Card Processing – Credit Card payments can be processed directly from Rome for in-person credit card payments

Load Level Report – Added a RO count to the report so you can see how many RO’s the techs are assigned to

Callback Screen – added a Schedule button to the Callback window so you can see where the car is at in the repair process and added a Date Due so you can tell the customer when it currently due

RO Reconciliation Report – Added the ability to select an insurance company on the RO Reconciliation report so you can see total losses by the insurance company

Day Clock – a simpler time clock for non-tech hourly employees

Parts Dashboard – Updates to the Parts screen adding different colors for remaining parts tasks left on each RO.

Rome Atlas – a dashboard for the user to display widgets and graphs that display current information from any area of the program. The user can choose which widgets they want on their main dashboard. They can resize the widgets. Clicking the widget will take you to the appropriate area of the program. **
