Add Notes in a Repair Order
1. Open the RO you would like to create a note for.
2. Go to the Notes Tab (after Misc.).
3. Select Insert on the bottom right of your screen.
4. Date and Time and your name will auto-populate into the note.
(If your name is not automatically there, call tech support to fix the issue or speak with your manager to link your user login to your employee profile in Rome.)
5. Select the Type of note you would like to make.
6. Put your note in the open text field.
7. Click OK.
