Deleting RO Lines – Total Losses

If you have no storage, towing, or teardown invoices to send to accounting:

1. Open the RO.
2. Click Void at the top of the RO.
3. This will remove ALL revenue from the RO so the RO can be Reviewed, dated out, and Voided.

If you are being paid for ANYTHING with the vehicle.

1. Tools à Delete RO Lines
2. Check Show EMS Lines and Show Costed Lines
3. Tag any line that needs to be removed from the RO individually or use the Tag Feature at the bottom.
4. Once you are ready, click Delete.
5. The system will double-check if you want the line removed from the RO Worksheet.
6. Click Yes if you are sure.

This will leave the remaining revenue lines in the RO without having to write a new estimate just for Total Loss Fees.
