Scanning

  1. Open the RO associated with the scanning needed.
  2. Click the File Jacket button on the bottom right of the screen.
  3. Select Custom Folder to put the scan in a pre-selected list of folders.
  4. Once selecting a folder, a screen will open with three types of scanning at the top B&W, Grey, Color.
  5. Select the appropriate type of scan, and click the button.

Technical Support should have already set up scanning on your machine during install.  If you are on a new device and your PC is not scanning into Rome, please contact technical support at 800-373-7663
