Sending Emails in Rome

How to send an Email

1. Open the RO.
2. Add the customer’s email address in the email field.
3. Click the 3-dot button to the right of the email.
4. Email screen will open, fill out your email and hit send.

Newer versions of ROME should also have an E-MAIL box on the Repair Order List screen that will show sent and received emails.  This feature will be available with an update to your Rome on the could.
