Assigning Tech Priority

Priority can be done in two ways.

  1. Big Board
    1. Open the Big Board.
    2. Select one technician (team) to view all their jobs.
    3. The Team Priority Button will now be available to click at the bottom of the screen.
    4. Highlight a job on the technician’s list.
    5. Click Team Priority.
    6. From the dropdown list, pick a priority number for that job.
    7. Click OK.
    8. The technician will be able to see this priority on their tech station or on the Easy Technician app.
  2. Easy Walk-Around
    1. Sign in to your app on Apple or Windows Tablet.
    2. Pick a job from your list and open the job on the tablet.
    3. Click the Assign/Priority box
    4. For the technicians on the job, there will be an option to assign labor and set priority.
    5. Pick a priority for whichever technicians assigned are necessary.
    6. Click Done
    7. Once you Post, the priority will load into the system and the tech will be able to see the priority on the Big Board and in their Easy Technician App.
