Export PPD’s for CCC1 and Mitchell

  1. This applies when the list price (vendor) varies from the Estimate list price in parts and creates a Parts Price Difference (PPD)
  2. A PPD will be generated for both positive and negative price changes.
  3. Double check these price differences before exporting.
  4. If there are still PPD’s a Red PPD alert will show at the top of the Repair Order screen.
  5. Select the PPD Alert drop down.
  6. Select the estimating system that the PPD needs to be sent to.
  7. A screen will appear that lists each price difference.
  8. Tag all the PPD’s that need to be exported.
  9. Select the option to Export to file.

**Some companies wish to not send negative PPDs back to the estimating system.  Make sure to use the “Mark as Exported” for those.
