February 16, 2021

1) RO Default/Current Note – Added a default note button to the RO (like the default image in the file jacket)

a. On the Notes tab of the RO, there is a default button to select the default/current note for the RO. The date/time of this note will be highlighted in blue on the note list display.

b. At the top center of the Customer tab of the RO, there is a note button. This button will allow the user to edit/view the default/current note.

2) RO Cashier Note – The label of the “Remarks” on the Misc. tab of the RO has been changed to “Cashier” to encourage users to place cashier notes in this field.

3) RO Vendor Invoice Reconciliation – Added the report to the print menu on the sublet/miscellaneous RO list display so the user can reconcile sublet invoices.

February 23, 2021

1) Disable E-Mail Receiving – Added the ability to disable e-mail receiving at a shop level

a. Go to Installation Options à E-Mail Options à E-Mail Receiving to turn on/off the check box.

b. When this option is turned on, every employee’s e-mail account (for receiving) will be highlighted in red. Users will not be able to test their email account set up when this option is turned on.
