1) Part Status Grid (Installation Options) – added the ability to “prioritize” the status color that is shown for a RO on the part status grid when more than one status color could potentially be shown. Go to installation options to set the priority.

a. The default priority order is:

i. No Parts Ordered

ii. Supplemental Order

iii. Parts to Receive

iv. Core to Return

v. Parts to Return

vi. Receive Credit

b. In case a user enters the same priority for more than one task, the “tie” will be resolved at runtime by using the default settings as a secondary sort to manage the 6 flags.

2) Part Status Grid – the part status grid will show different color(s) for a RO as filter options are set. For example, if a RO has parts to be returned and parts to receive credit:

a. The RO will show the color of the highest priority (as described above) if both filter options are checked.

b. The RO will show the other color if the highest priority option is unchecked.

c. The RO will be filtered off of the list display if both settings are not checked.

3) Part Order Cycle Time Report – created a new report that tracks the “cycle” time between when the RO is flagged to order parts until when the parts are ordered. The report is in the parts section of management reports.

a. The initial time is tracked the first time the parts to order automatic note is generated. The automatic note must be turned on for the time to be tracked properly.

b. The part order time is tracked when the first parts order automatic note is generated. The automatic note must be turned on for the time to be tracked properly.

c. The RO will not be included on the report unless both dates are present in the RO.

d. Existing RO’s that have the order parts status already flagged will not be tracked because the starting date for the cycle time has not been tracked.

4) Timeclock – the RO list display will show every RO, and not just the RO’s a technician is assigned to (reversing a feature that was added a few years ago).

October 15, 2021

1) RO Review – added an option in installation options to use the “original” review process (before the review lock visual buttons).

a. On: uses the new lock visual buttons (default)

b. Disable Review Features: the review button simply toggles the review status

c. Review Checkboxes: this option uses the old review process. The shop must have review task(s) defined to use this option.

2) Dealertrack Interface – ensured that the TLS security settings are correct for an upcoming release of Dealertrack’s web service.

a. Web security options for connecting to the web service that are no longer valid are disabled. If one of these options is present, the default setting (auto) will be used at runtime when connecting to their web service.

b. Added an option to use TLS 1.2+. This option starts with TLS 1.2 and moves up to 1.3 if 1.2 is not available. (This is opposite of the “All” option that starts at TLS 1.3 and moves backwards.)

October 21, 2021

1) Window Size and Position Retention – the program remembers the window size and position for each window opened in the program. This is on a security user/workstation level.

2) List Display Column and Tab Position – the program remembers the column widths and the tab selected for a list sort order. The list display row height is a little taller to make the data more legible. This feature is on a security user/workstation level.

3) Big Board Printing – fixed an error that caused the big board task descriptions not to print on the report header correctly.

October 29, 2021

1) RO Review for Labor – expanded the RO review checks for labor to include timecard and production labor assignments.

2) RO Notes – added sort headers to the note list in the RO entry screen.

a. The sort headers are not retained when moving from one tab to another in the note list display. (Changing tabs is essentially re-setting the list sort order.)

b. The sort headers are not retained with the list display column sizes because the sort has to be reset when the window is opened.
