February 2, 2022

1) RO Info Button Screen –

a. Added the RO number and the last 8 of VIN to top.

b. The RO number and the last 8 of VIN are highlighted.

2) RO Screen –

a. Added the last 8 of VIN to the top left of the customer tab.

b. The RO number and the last 8 of VIN are in bold.

3) RO Search Utility –

a. Added the Status (S) column to the list (hidden by default).

b. Added the balance due column to the list (hidden by default).

c. Added an option to filter by RO status.

d. Added an option to filter by the balance due numeric range.

4) Recent RO List – added the vehicle year to the list (hidden by default).

5) All RO List – added the vehicle year to the list (hidden by default).

6) Event Manager –

a. Added resize and minimize capabilities on the windows used for both creating a quick message and reading a quick message.

b. This will allow a user to easily minimize a message that they are reading and come back to it later.

7) Vendor List Display

a. Added the ability to resize the window.

b. Added sort headers.

c. Added the vendor’s contact information to the list (hidden by default).

8.)Vendor Select Name List

a. Added the ability to resize the window.

b. Added sort headers.

c. Added the vendor’s contact information to the list (hidden by default).

9) Parts Entry Screen –

a. Added the ability to email the vendor contact using the button next to the vendor’s name.

b. If the vendor contact has two email addresses, the user is asked which email address to use.

February 11, 2022

1) Security User Data Entry – a security user group is required to be selected when creating or editing a security user. The user group button will be red if a user group has not been selected.

February 18, 2022

1) ADP Payroll –

a. Added a new ADP Payroll Technician entry field to the Staff Info tab of the technician data entry screen. The field is primed with the value of the CDK Technician ID during the initial update process.

b. The ADP Payroll Technician field is available on the technician list display as an optional column to be included.

c. The ADP Payroll Technician is used for the “File ID” in the payroll export file when it has been entered for a technician.
