March 2022 Release Notes

March 4, 2022

1) RO Cost Screen (main RO entry screen) –

a. The cost screen will show a negative profit percentage.

b. The columns for the cost screen can be resized.

c. The program remembers the column size settings.

March 18, 2022

1) File Jacket Image Import – the image import functions can now import files with either the JPEG or the TIFF file extension. (Previously the import function could only import files if they had a three-character file extension.)

March 25, 2022

1) RO Search Utility – 

a. Added the ability to filter by vehicle year. Since the vehicle year can be “00”, the user must also check the box to indicate the vehicle year filter should be used.

b. Added the ability to filter by vehicle make.

c. Added the ability to filter by vehicle model.

d. Added a total RO count at the bottom of the list display.

e. Added the ability to print the RO search results.

i. The report printout has a RO count at the end of the report. To view the total, the RO must be included in the list display.

ii. The report printout has a sales total at the end of the report. To view the total, the RO grand total must be included in the list display.

2) Recent RO List Display – added the RO date in as an optional column for display.

3) All RO List Display – added the RO date in as an optional column for display.

4) RO Big Board – added the count of user(s) in the RO to the RO information block near the top left of the list display. A user can see if anyone else is in the RO before making changes to the RO from the big board.

5) Label Printing –

a. Added the ability to force a page break after a label is printed. This is a check box option available in label setup and may be helpful for label printers.
