1) RO Search Utility – the RO search utility print feature can generate a “formatted file” instead of a report.

a. On the report destination window select the “Formatted File” check box at the top for the destination. You cannot print or preview a formatted file.

b. Select the “formatted file” format and enter the destination file name:

i. CSV

ii. XML

iii. JSON

c. The “formatted file” report settings are not saved from one report to another like the other report destination options.

2) RO Search Utility – added customer contact and vehicle information as optional hidden fields to the search utility list display in case a user wants to generate key tags or address labels using the new formatted file export feature.

3) List Printing – several list displays throughout the program that have a print button have the “formatted file” option available.
