  1. Shop/Global Check QBO Session Settings – the program maintains a backup copy of QBO session settings until the session times out. Options for this are in QBO setup. Please keep the QBO Token Backup on “Shop Only” unless otherwise instructed by support.
    1. No Backup
    2. Global Only
    3. Shop Only
    4. Global/Shop Check
