Add/use a pre-defined note

These allow you to set up common notes to add to your RO so you do not have to type them out each time.  They can apply to:

  1. Customer Notes
  2. Shop Notes
  3. Office Notes
  4. Part Notes
  5. Supplement Notes

To use these in the RO go to the Notes tab and click Short/PDA and it will bring up all notes you have created.  Tag as many as you want to use then click Make RO Notes.  You can also insert new notes or change them from this screen as well.

If you are in the Big Board, highlight the RO you want to make a note on and click Shop Notes.  It will show you all shop notes created. The button on the bottom says Pre-Defined, you can open the list of notes to use there as well.

Pre-defined notes are also available to use (Shop Notes Only) on the Easy Walkaround App and Easy Technician App.
