April 8, 2021
1) Tablet Setup – Added an “Extra Character” data entry field next to the “iPad Location” in installation options for locations that use the new server (location is appended with an X). When the user sees the location number on the tablet setup, the extra character is added to the location number, so the user knows to add the X in their tablets.
2) IMAP Email Receiving – Added the ability to set up an IMAP connection to receive email messages.
3) Main Menu – New button images on the main menu buttons.
4) RO Cell Provider Validation – The cell phone provider button is color-coded based on the lookup status.
a. Yellow background means that the cell phone provider has been obtained by Rome Management, but needs to be double-checked by the user.
i. This is primarily because the provider’s name does not exactly match what is in the Rome Management data.
ii. Example of this is several Verizon phones have the name of the vendor that sold the phone in addition to “Verizon” in the name.
b. Green background means that the cell phone provider has been double-checked by the user.
c. If a user manually enters the cell phone number, the provider lookup is done automatically when the user tabs out of the cell phone number field.
5) Technician Cell Provider Validation – The cell phone provider button is color-coded based on the lookup status.

6) Deleted Transaction Matching –
a. The part price is removed when a transaction is removed from the bill and changed to a deleted transaction.
b. The transaction matching screen has been changed to show “Old” and “New” transactions instead of deleted and billable transactions.

1) Customer Callbacks – The customer callback screen is more intuitive to show what type of email/text message will be sent.
a. The user can select which email/cell phone they which to use for the callback.
2) Security – Added new security for when the RO is reviewed and/or completed. If the user does not have security access, the RO will be disabled (like an inactive RO) even though the status is still active.
3) Rome Management Menu Buttons – Updated button images on the main menu.
4) Help Menu –
a. The old Reference Guide, Daily Use Guide and the Setup Guide options have been removed from the Help Menu.
b. The new User Guide is on the Help Menu.
