August 27, 2021

1) Atlas Filters – Atlas filters are user-specific

a. The dashboard filter button is green if no filter settings have been changed by the user.

b. The dashboard filter button is yellow if filter settings have been changed by the user.

c. The date filter is saved for one day; the date filter is reset at the end of the day.

d. The other filter options are saved from day to day.

August 11, 2021

1) Required File Jacket Custom Folders – added the ability to mark a custom folder as “Required to Close RO”.

a. If a custom folder is required, the description will have a green background in the custom folder list.

b. The shop can define as many or as few required folders as they want, up to the limit of 20 custom folders.

2) RO File Jacket Custom Folder List – increased the font size of the custom folder buttons.

3) RO Reviewed – added a “Required Images” tab to see the status of required file jacket custom folders. The RO cannot be reviewed if there are missing required image(s).

a. IMPORTANT NOTE: this feature will not work for existing ROs.

b. Tab Color:

i. Green – all required image(s) are present in the RO, and the RO can be reviewed.

ii. Red–required image(s) are missing, the RO cannot be reviewed.

iii. Blue – override the required image setting for the RO, the RO can be reviewed.

c. Tab Content:

i. Images

1. Required Found – all required image(s) are in the RO.

2. None Required – there are no required custom folders.

3. Required Missing – required image(s) are not in the RO.

4. Required Over-Ride – required image(s) are not in the RO, but a user with security has over-ridden this setting in the RO so it can be closed.

ii. Text

1. No Required Images – there are no required image(s) set up for the RO.

2. All Required Images Are In The RO – all required image(s) are in the RO.

3. Missing (Folder) – the required image folder is missing.

4. No Image (Folder) – the required image folder is present, but no images are present.

d. Security: there is a new security access area for the “Required Over-Ride” option. Deny access to “RO Reviewed – Image Over-Ride” to restrict access to this option.

August 9, 2021

1) Blueprint QC Report – created a new RO report that displays up to 4 signatures (writer/body/parts/paint) obtained from the new Easy QC tablet app.

a. The report prints an image file BlueQC.JPG if it is in the Rome Management data folder. This is not the same file that is used on the Estimate QC report. The image could be something like a quality assurance pledge, or a checklist of what every QC involves.

i. If BlueQC.JPG is not found, the report will still run.

ii. The target image size for BlueQC.JPG is (resized to best fit):

1. Width 7.3 inches

2. Height 5.5 inches

b. The report is available at the bottom of the RO print menu.

c. The report is available on the RO multi-print report.

d. If a user is in the RO file jacket list display (not the actual signature image), and tries to print one of the four signatures, the Blueprint QC report will print.
