How Can We Help?
Calendar Filter Colors
Cars that are coming in and going out of the shop that have NOT been “Dated Out” are shown in different designation colors based on their status. It is important to get to know what the colors mean so you can see what is going on in the shop at a glance.
Assignment – DRP appointments for estimates. They do not have a repair order associated with them.
Appointment – Estimate appointment for scheduled new business. They do not have a repair order associated with them.
Auth Cust/Auth ins – An RO has been created and we have marked that we need authorization either by the customer or insurance company. This is needed to move to the blueprinting stage.
Blueprint – The car has been approved by insurance and the customer to be torn down and a full vision of the pre-collision condition of the vehicle is done by doing a blueprint.
Dispatch – We are waiting for estimate/supplement approval from insurance, a technician/bay to be available to start the work, or mission-critical parts to start the repair process.
Scheduled In – An RO has been created because we are pre/ordering parts, already have cost on the job, or have the vehicle in our possession.
Schedule Due – This is the expected date we believe the vehicle will be completed in production and ready for the customer to pick up.
Comeback RO – A customer has returned for additional repairs on their vehicle because we owed them a part, or they found issues post repair.
Total Loss RO – This car is currently being investigated as a total loss or has already been deemed a total loss but is still on the property.
Completed RO’s – Production has been completed, but the vehicle has not been picked up by the customer.
Delivered RO’s – Customer delivery and payment have been completed but the RO has not been Dated Out and sent over to the DMS.
The ideal calendar is where there is nothing on the calendar behind today’s date. In the Rome world, if there is a vehicle behind today it is considered “out of control”.
