CDK Troubleshooting – Stock Type

The Sales Manager at the dealership is screaming that new and used cars that are sent to the body shop are being removed from the website.  When the body shop does work on new and used cars they need to go into the CDK RO button and BEFORE they link the RO to the customer, they need to go into the Overrides button and in the Stock Type section select New or Used depending on which type the car is.  They used to be able to do this at any time but recently there was a change and now they need to do at the time they are linking the customer and vehicle because they are the only time that information is updated.
