CDK Troubleshooting – VIN Missing from RO

The above error means that the VIN is empty in Rome.  You must have a VIN in order to link to CDK.

If you get an error message vehicle, not in the VEHICLES file that usually means the VIN is wrong or missing a character.  You can use a website called Decodethis.com to verify that the VIN is valid.
