Following up with a customer is easy when utilizing our CSI Report from Rome.

1. Click Marketing -> CSI Report to open up the options screen.

2. Determine if you want to use the Date Delivered or Date out for customers to follow up with after the car has left the shop.

3. There are also options to include total loss or fleet account vehicles that have left the shop.

4. The report is also able to be exported to a folder on your PC.  Simply call Rome Tech Support to set up this path for your report.
