b. RO’s that are dated out, completed, or are a total loss are filtered from the time clock.
2) QBO Payment Export –
a. Added an option on the RO payment entry screen, “Do Not Link QBO RO Payment”, so that existing payments do not attempt to link to the QBO RO.

1) List Display Column Designer – added the ability to hide/un-hide and re-order columns on most list displays in the program. This feature is user-specific and is also used to remember the column widths of each list display.
a. Right-clicking on a column header will provide a pop-up menu.
i. The user can hide the selected column.
ii. The user can go to a more detailed column selection window.
1. The column order can be changed with the move up/down options.
2. The column can be viewed/hidden with the check box on the left.
3. There is a reset button available to erase all user changes and start over.
b. Right-clicking on a column in the data display will still provide the pop-up menu with insert, change, delete, view, print, and tag options as usual.
2) Recent RO List Display and All RO List Display –
a. Added the RO writer name to the list display.
b. Added the RO date due to the list display.
c. The columns are hidden by default and are at the end of the list display.
i. This will be the way column(s) will usually be added to a list display.
ii. The user may un-hide and re-arrange the columns to see the additional data.
3) QBO Account Code Lookup – when searching for a QBO account code the user is prompted with a window to enter part of the QBO account name. (Note: this feature is in the patch zip.)
a. The user only needs to enter part of the QBO account name to find what they want. For example, if a user enters “cost” (without the quotes), the result will return:

1) QBO Interface –
a. QBO Account Search: added the ability to enter part of the QBO account name into a search field to look for the QBO account code, instead of requesting the entire list of account codes.
b. QBO Customer Search:
i. There is a new option on the QBO Interface setup tab labeled “RO Customers.”
ii. This allows a user to select a RO and specify the QBO customer number before the RO is sent to QBO.
iii. The search looks at the RO customer’s last name to try and find a QBO customer. You cannot add a QBO customer from this screen because this is done automatically during the RO or payment export process if necessary.
iv. This feature is helpful for any using accepting QBO credit card payments (assuming a QBO customer is created when they accept a QBO credit card transaction).
c. QBO Invoice Item Search: added the ability to enter part of the QBO invoice item name into a search field to look for the QBO invoice item, instead of requesting the entire list of invoice items.
