How to set up an Insurance Company as Do Not Call
Some insurance companies require other programs to track CSI or you would prefer not to have internal RO’s show up on your Customer Service list to be called. Simply follow the below steps to turn phone calls off by the insurance company.
1. Click the Setup drop-down at the top of your Rome menu.
2. The third option down is Insurance Companies. Select that.
3. You will have the option to Insert, Change, and Delete an insurance company.
4. Click Change
5. Checkmark Do Not Call Customer.
Click OK
If you want to do this just for an individual customer
1. Open the repair order.
2. Click the Contact/Info button.
3. Go to the second tab named Customer Service/Callbacks.
4. Checkmark the Do Not Call Customer.
5. Click OK.
