Express Calendar – Creating an Appointment

CREATING AN APPOINTMENT

Click on the day of the appointment in the calendar. All the appointments for that day will show up on the next screen. Press Insert to create an appointment.

The only fields required to create an appointment are the date and time. However, since Express has a feature that allows the user to convert a calendar entry to a repair order, inputting accurate information can save time later. Press OK to create the appointment.

Converting An appointment To A Repair Order

If there is already an appointment in the calendar and the customer decides to have the shop repair the vehicle, the red appointment entry can be converted to a repair order automatically. Double click on the day of the calendar appointment. Highlight the appointment and hit the Convert button. The appointment will be converted to an RO and will show on the calendar in yellow until it is designated as In-shop.
