January 2021 Release Notes

January 15th, 2021

1) Insurance Hold – Added a checkbox at the top center of the RO entry screen for an insurance hold designation. This will replace the use of moving the Ins/Auth vehicle designation back to Yellow to indicate an in production hold on the vehicle.

2) Payroll History Report – Added a date range option to indicate whether the date range is based on the payroll date or the R.O. date out.

3) Big Board Schedule Button – The date due on the window that appears from the “Schedule” button on the big board is now read-only.  You can still change the Date Due from within the RO or Forecast button.

January 19, 2021

1) RO Callback – The callback screen provides a list of all RO customer notes, and the ability to view each note. Previously it only showed the last three notes created.

2) Time Card Report – The real name of the technician is shown in the header rather than the technician’s short name. Accounting

January 22, 2021

1) Date Due Report – Added the paint team:

a. The license state and the license plate number has been removed from the report.

b. The license state and the license plate number are still in the CSV export. The paint team has been added to the CSV export.

2) Estimate Layers Per RO Report – Added the ability to sort/limit the report by billing profile.

3) Shop KPI #1 Report – Added the ability to sort/limit the report by billing profile.

4) Shop KPI #2 Report – Added the ability to sort/limit the report by billing profile.

5) Turnaround Report – Added the ability to sort/limit the report by billing profile.

1) Help/About Screen – The screen now uses the “Rome X” splash screen or the SLX splash screen.
