October 2022 Release Notes

1) Security User Entry – the ability to “grant all” or “deny all” is restricted to tech support. Please call for assistance with these options. (Backdoor user access only.)

2) Security User Group Entry – the ability to “grant all” or “deny all” restricted to tech support. Please call for assistance with these options. (Backdoor user access only.)

3) Receivables Report – added the total billed (RO grand total) to the CSV export file.

4) Part Status List Display – added the key tag as an optional column that can be added to the list display by right-clicking on the column header.

5) Calendar – on the main “File” menu there are two options for the calendar.

a. Calendar Grid Format: goes to the monthly calendar that looks like a desktop calendar.

b. Calendar List Format: goes to the “daily” calendar list display, but the list is initialized to show the current month instead of just one day.

6) Calendar Monthly Grid – improvements to the window resize display.

7) Calendar Weekly Grid –

a. Improvements to the window resize display.

b. Added daily subtotals to each of the 7 daily lists. Due to space limitations, the abbreviation beside each subtotal are as follows:

i. Total Body

ii. Total Paint

iii. Total Frame

iv. Total Mechanical

v. Total Labor

vi. Total Estimate

8) Calendar (Daily) List Display –

a. Improvements to the window resize display.

b. Date Navigation: buttons have been added to the date range to adjust the range easier

i. The M/W/D buttons on the left adjust to the prior month/day/week based on the current start date on the list display.

ii. The D/W/M buttons in the middle adjust to the current day/week/month based on the current day.

iii. The D/W/M buttons on the right adjust to the next day/week/month based on the current end date on the list display.

c. Added a column (hidden by default) to indicate if there are any ordered parts that are flagged as backordered.

d. Added a filter to show only RO’s that have ordered parts that are backordered. The backorder column does not have to be visible for this filter to work.

e. Added an option to print the calendar list display (like big board printing). It is suggested that if this feature is used, the user should hide some column(s) on the list display to make the report legible.

9) RO Big Board –

a. When status colors are displayed, if the RO has all critical parts received, the color designation will change to orange/black if there are ordered parts that are backordered.

b. Added a checkbox option to show only RO’s with backordered parts on the list display. If this checkbox is turned on, the color designation for critical parts will change to orange/black.
