Part Credit on Closed RO’s

In order to receive a credit on parts on an RO that has already been Dated Out, parts must open the Credit Memo by using the following Steps.

1. In Rome’s main screen click File – Parts Management – Receive Parts/Receive Part Credit.
2. Select the vendor you are receiving credit from.
3. There will be a list of Credit Memo’s if there are any credits outstanding for that particular vendor.
4. Match your credit invoice to the credit memo it is referencing and receive the credit.
