Scanning
- Open the RO associated with the scanning needed.
- Click the File Jacket button on the bottom right of the screen.
- Select Custom Folder to put the scan in a pre-selected list of folders.
- Once selecting a folder, a screen will open with three types of scanning at the top B&W, Grey, Color.
- Select the appropriate type of scan, and click the button.
Technical Support should have already set up scanning on your machine during install. If you are on a new device and your PC is not scanning into Rome, please contact technical support at 800-373-7663
