Shop Reconciliation Report

Match Rome RO #’s with corresponding info fields such as key tag#, ADP or ERA RO#.  Determine what type of vehicles will be included in the report.  (Total loss, Non-Total loss only, Non-Total loss and Total loss).

Old ERA RO# – Generally used during a new install. Matches the old ERA RO with the new RO#.  Old ERA# must be entered in the Old ERA RO# field in the Misc. Notes screen within the RO as they are being transferred.

User Def (#) – These fields are found in the Misc. Notes screen.  Any corresponding information can be used in these fields. Example: if a vehicle has a stock #, that number can be entered here. When the report is run using the User Def field, the report will show all RO’s that have text in that User Def field along with the corresponding RO #.

ADP/ERA RO – Used to quickly find RO’s that have been linked to ADP or Reynolds.

Note Options– Add specific note types to the report by checking the block by that type of note.
