Terminating Employees in Rome

To terminate a user, it will be a three step process:

To lock the users login:
1. Click on setup>security registration> security
2. Click on the users tab
3. Click on the users box
4. From there, highlight the users first name and hit change
5. When the box opens up that contains his credentials, click the “LOCK” button on the bottom left

To remove them from payroll:
1. Click on setup
2. Hover over payroll then click “employee”
3. Find their name from the list and hit “change”
4. On the bottom, put in today’s date in the field that says “terminated”

To remove them from teams (if they are a technician, if not then ignore this step)
1. Click on setup
2. Hover over payroll and hit “teams”
3. Find their user name and hit “change”
4. Click on the “not active” checkbox
